to not share customer nonpublic personal information to anyone,
except as authorized by law. West Union Bank will disclose our policy
to our customers annually as prescribed by law. Upon request, we
will tell our customers the sources of nonpublic personal information
we collect and what measure we take to secure this information from
others.
If West Union Bank should change its policy and offer products or
services that result in a different set of privacy options, we will
amend this policy, provide a new disclosure to our customers and
provide an opt-out option to any customer not wishing to have nonpublic
personal information shared.
