Comprehensive Health Care** We pay 90% of Employee and 50% of Dependent Health Insurance Premiums. Comprehensive Dental Care, We pay 100% of Employee Dental Premiums. Dependent Dental is very reasonable. Life Insurance, We pay 100% of a Life Insurance Policy, along with AD&D and Long Term Disability. Flexible Spending Plan*, Employees have the option to set aside funds pre-tax for health or dependent care expenses. 401k*, We match half of what you invest, up to the Bank paying 3% of your annual rate of pay. Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Sick and Personal Leave. One Hour Paid Lunch*. Gym Membership Reimbursement*. Reduced and Free Bank Services* *Part Time Employees can also participate in Flexible Spending Plans, a 401k, Gym Membership Reimbursement, Reduced and Free Bank Services. Employees will have a One Hour Paid Lunch if they are scheduled to for 6 hours or more in a work day.
